In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by The Chesnut Group and the University of Southern Indiana Center for Health Professions Lifelong Learning. The University of Southern Indiana Center for Health Professions Lifelong Learning is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. The University of Southern Indiana is an approved provider of continuing education for occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants, licensed in the state of Indiana.
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the University of Southern Indiana Center for Health Professions Lifelong Learning is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are Revised January 2025 the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit.
